IT评估（ACS）

对于澳洲技术移民申请者来说，职业评估是澳洲移民过程中非常重要的一个环节。而对于计算机相关专业人士来说，必须通过澳大利亚计算机协会 ACS（Australian Computer Society）来进行职业评估。主要的几个专业如下：
 
261111 ICT business analyst
统计局对这个专业的解释：Identifies and communicates with users to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions.
一般情况下， 如果你是学的商业信息相关专业，不管是本科还是硕士，基本都可以评估到这个职业。
261112 Systems analyst
统计局对这个专业的解释：Evaluates processes and methods used in existing ICT systems, proposes modifications, additional system components or new systems to meet user needs as expressed in specifications and other documentation.
一般情况下，如果本科和硕士课程基本是符合系统分析，不管是网络安全分析还是数据分析，基本都能拿到这个评估。
261311 Analyst programmer
统计局对这个专业的解释：Analyses user needs, produces requirements documentation and system plans, and encodes, tests, debugs, maintains and documents programs and applications.
该提名职业涉及到售前用户需求分析等相关内容。
261312 Developer programmer
统计局对这个专业的解释：Interprets specifications, technical designs and flow charts, builds, maintains and modifies the code for software applications, constructs technical specifications from a business functional model, and tests and writes technical documentation.
一般情况下，如果本科和硕士大部分课程基本是编程，工作经验也相对多的是编程方面的，评估该职业比较适合。
261313 Software engineer
统计局对这个专业的解释：Designs, develops, modifies, documents, tests, implements, installs and supports software applications and systems.
software engineer是新政后EA（澳洲工程师协会）归还给ACS（澳洲技术机协会）的职业，一般情况下，EA的评估比ACS要难一些。
注：对于261312 Developer programmer和261313 Software engineer这两个职业的界定，职业评估协会和移民局均没有给出更多的解释和说明，但从目前评估的情况看，往往工作和课程涉及到的基础编程比较多一些，更有可能评估到261312 Developer programmer；而如果工作和课程偏向架构设计多些，更倾向于设计，文档的工作，那么评估261313 Software engineer更合适。
在澳洲刚刚毕业的相同专业的计算机专业学生，由于选修的课程不同，有可能得到不同的评估结果。
新的职业清单中ACS评估的移民职业及职业评估分析
 
 
       ACS 成立于1996年，是澳洲移民局指定的 ICT（Information Communication Technology） 移民职业评估机构。其目标是为了进一步研究和开发信息技术，制定并推广信息通讯技术标准等。凡是准备以计算机相关技术专业移民澳大利亚的申请人，都必须首先完成 ACS 的专业技术评估。只有通过 ACS 评估的职业后才能进行下一步的签证申请或州担保申请。2011年7月1日后，ACS 也开始提供专业年服务。从2012年5月28日起，所有申请人只需在线提交申请，不再需要寄送纸质文件。最近ACS承诺所有于2012年4月27日前递交的申请都会在7月1日前出来评估结果（被要求中途补料的除外）。
 
 
       ACS 负责评估的技术移民职业包括：
135111 首席信息官 （CIO）Chief Information Officer
261111 ICT 业务分析师 ICT business analyst
261112 系统分析师 Systems analyst
261311 分析程序员 Analyst programmer
261312 开发程序员 Developer programmer
261313 软件工程师 Software engineer
261314 软件测试员 Software Tester
261399 软件和应用程序员 Software and Applications Programmers nec
262111 数据库管理员 Database Administrator
262112 ICT 安全专家 ICT Security Specialist
262113 系统管理员 Systems Administrator
263111 计算机网络及系统工程师 Computer Network and Systems Engineer
263112 网络管理员 Network Administrator
263113 网络分析师 Network Analyst
263213 ICT系统测试工程师 ICT Systems Test Engineer
 
 
       ACS 职业评估有4类不同的分组：
 
 
       分组 A ：学士学位以上学历并且主修计算机，申请条件如下：
1. 主修ICT专业本科及以上学历（需要有学位），专业与提名职业相关（A major in ICT highly relevant to the nominated occupation）的话近7年内有2年提名职业工作经验即可；
2. 主修ICT专业本科及以上学历（需要有学位），如果提名职业与专业不是高度相关，有4年及以上相关工作经验。
 
 
       分组 B： 主修计算机：大专文凭（AFQ Diploma）或高级大专文凭（Advanced Diploma），申请条件如下：
1. 主修ICT专业的专科学历，提名职业与专业高度相关，并且近10年内有5年全职的与提名职业相关工作经验；
2. 主修ICT专业的专科学历，提名职业与专业相关度不是太高，但累计有6年全职的与提名职业相关工作经验；
3. 辅修ICT专业的学士及以上学位，专业与提名职业高度相关，并且近10年内有5年全职的与提名职业相关工作经验；
4. 辅修ICT专业的学士及以上学位，专业与提名职业相关度不高，但累计有6年全职的与提名职业相关工作经验；
5. 非 ICT 专业的学士及更高学位，至少6年的提名职业相关的 professional ICT 工作经验（RPL 1）；
6. 没有正规的高等教育（No tertiary qualification），至少8年的提名职业相关的 professional ICT 工作经验，其中6年要求 closely related to the nominated occupation（RPL 2），Application through Recognition of Prior Learning （RPL）。
被分组B认可的国际认证包括（may be sufficient to meet the qualifications criteria）：
-Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer, Microsoft Certified Solution Developer, Certified Lotus Professional or Certified Novell Engineer （from 1997）
-Certified Directory Engineer from Novell, Master Certified Novell Engineer, Certified Novell Instructor, CITEC Certified Engineer or Oracle Certified Master （from 2004）
-Microsoft Certified Professional Developer or Microsoft Certified IT Professional （from 2007）
-Certified Information Systems Auditor or Certified Information Security Manager from Information Systems Audit and Control Association （from 14 June 2007）
-Certified Information Systems Security Professional from International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium （from May 2008）
-Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist （from August 2009）
 
 
       分组 C： 澳洲计算机专业毕业，申请条件：
刚毕业不到半年的澳洲 ICT 相关专业的本科及更高学历的毕业生可以豁免工作经验（如果需要工作经验也可以考虑在内）。
Recent skilled employment exemption under the DIAC provisions for applicants who meet the Australian study requirement.
 
 
       分组 D：非计算机相关人士 RPL （Recognition of Prior Learning ）
       非IT相关学士学位及以上学历，但获得了其它学科的学士学位及以上的学历的人可以申请Recognition of Prior Learning （RPL）。工作经验要求：有学士学位及以上学位，6 年相关IT 工作经验。或者，无学士学位，8 年相关IT 工作经验。对于该分组的评估，申请人需要证明自己通过实际的工作经验积累，完成了相当于正式学历水平的计算机知识积累。另外，申请人需要提供2篇详细的项目报告。
     
     
       ACS 职业评估需要的材料：
1. 签字的申请表 Copy of the Application Form signed by the applicant
2. email确认函 Copy of the Email Confirmation
3. 出生公证或护照公证 Certified copy of birth certificate or passport
4. 学历公证 Certified copy of academic qualification certificates
5. 成绩单（公证或密封） Certified copy of academic transcripts
6. 雇主推荐信 Certified copies of detailed employment references
7. 申请费（自付，可以使用信用卡） Payment of the application fee
8. RPL 类别需要2个项目报告 2 project reports if applying for Recognition of Prior Learning
 
 
       ACS 评估费用及费用支付方式：
       ACS的职业评估费是400澳币。可以选择的费用支付方式： Cheque / Money order / International bank draft / Credit card（Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Australian Bankcard （not eftpos card））。
